It was a blazing start to the Thursday night sessions on the patio @ Parkhill on Hunter.
Gale force winds and chilly temperatures didn’t deter a full house for the inaugural event. Many thanks to everyone who braved the elements for fine food and acoustic riffs.
It was great to finally have a chance to hang out with the Riverside Girls. We’ve worked so much together at the Riverside Grill under more formal circumstances. It was nice to see everyone have a chance to let their hair down a little. Thanks so much to Sandra, Jenny, Amy, Cathy, Kevin and all their friends. I hope to see you out again soon. And Sigourney, maybe we’ll get a chance to do a show in Cobourg sometime soon. Seriously, I love that town.
Also nice to see some familiar faces from some winter shows: Glen and Sue, Tom and Joan. Thanks so much for your ongoing support. And, as always, thanks to my wife, Dad and Diane for being a part of every new venture at every new venue.
As always, Parkhill on Hunter provided the perfect backdrop. Nothing but compliments on the new patio menu and fabulous service. Many thanks to Emma, Scott, Siobhan and Justin.
